WhatsApp Flow Builder
Runs on Pulse

It tells you which step would never have arrived

A flow fires on something that happened — a COD order, a failed delivery, a parcel turning back — and runs without anybody watching. Drag the steps in, or write one sentence and let it draw the rest. The part nobody else does is the check it runs while you build: WhatsApp accepts a message sent outside the 24-hour window and then never delivers it, so a broken flow looks like a working one until a customer says they never heard from you.

What you actually get

✓DRAG AND DROP, FULL PAGE — a real canvas with a step palette, pan and zoom. Drag a step in, join it up, and every branch is a line you can see
✓DESCRIBE IT INSTEAD — type “ask COD customers to confirm, remind them after 6 hours, then tag the order” and the flow is drawn for you. Edit anything it got wrong; it is a normal flow afterwards
✓THE GUARD RUNS ON THE AI TOO — a flow the AI drafts is checked the same way one you drew is. It cannot hand you a sequence with a step that will silently go undelivered
✓39 STEPS, 27 OF THEM LIVE TODAY — and the other 12 are visible but switched off, each naming what it is waiting on. You can see the shape of the product without being able to build something that will never fire
✓13 READY-MADE FLOWS — COD confirmation, abandoned checkout, failed delivery, RTO, delivered-then-review, win-back. Each one arrives paused so you read it and change the wording first
✓STARTS FROM WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED — COD or prepaid order, checkout started, fulfilled, delivered, cancelled, failed delivery, out for delivery, parcel returning. Fired by the event, in seconds, not by a schedule that runs every quarter hour
✓REPLIES ARE PART OF THE FLOW — when your template has Confirm and Cancel buttons, the tap comes back into the same flow and takes the branch you drew. It does not fall through to a bot that asks them what their order number is
✓WRITES BACK TO SHOPIFY — tag the order confirmed or cod-cancelled from inside the flow, so your packing list and your WhatsApp agree without anyone retyping anything
✓PRODUCT PHOTO ON ORDER MESSAGES — the COD and prepaid confirmations carry a picture of the thing they bought, pulled from the order
✓OFF BY DEFAULT — a new flow, including one the AI wrote, messages nobody until you switch it on
What it does not do

Flows send on WhatsApp only. A Wait step resumes on a scheduled sweep, so treat a delay as “about that long” rather than an exact appointment. Website triggers need our pixel on your storefront and can only reach somebody we already recognise — a visit is anonymous, and we will not guess who it is. Twelve palette steps are switched off pending an integration, and each says which.
