Every comment answered, in the minute it lands
Schedule the reel, then answer the three hundred people who comment “price?” under it. Echo publishes reels, stories, posts and carousels at the minute you choose, replies to every comment publicly, sends the details in a DM, and moves the ones ready to buy onto WhatsApp — where your campaigns, orders and delivery updates already live.
Everything included
Every capability below is in the plan for the tiers listed under Pricing — there is nothing to unlock inside the module itself.
Reels, stories, posts and carousels
Every surface Instagram publishes to, scheduled from one composer. A reel gets a cover-frame picker, because Instagram defaults to frame zero and anything that fades in becomes a black square in your grid.
Rejected here, not at 9am
Aspect ratio, clip length and codec are checked while you're looking at the file. A vertical video is legal as a reel and illegal as a feed post — Echo knows which surface you picked, so it applies the right rule instead of the strictest one.
A missed slot retries itself
If Meta is slow or down at the scheduled minute, the post backs off and tries again — 15 minutes, 30, an hour, up to six times over sixteen hours. A structurally broken post stops immediately instead of burning your daily quota.
Keyword rules for comments
“price”, “link”, “COD”, “kitne” — whatever your audience actually types, including Hinglish. First matching rule wins, so one comment gets one reply, never three.
Public reply plus a private DM
Answer under the comment so everyone reading sees you're responsive, and send the real detail — price, link, sizes — straight to their inbox.
DM auto-replies
Greetings and common questions answered instantly, day or night. Anything a rule doesn't cover is left alone for a human rather than guessed at.
Handoff to WhatsApp
The one that matters commercially: move a warm Instagram lead onto WhatsApp, where you already have templates, order status and a team inbox.
Dry-run by default
Every new rule records what it would have said and sends nothing. Read a week of real matches, check the wording is yours, then arm it. Nothing arms itself.
Full activity log
Every comment and DM Echo saw, which rule matched, what went out and whether it landed. Including the ones it deliberately ignored.
Works with what you already run
Publishing, comments and click-to-WhatsApp leads run on your own Meta app — the account and its audience stay yours.
Every one of these is live today
What Echo answers while you're asleep
Instagram comments and DMs, handled by keyword rules on your own account through Meta's official API. Every line below is a rule you can switch on — and every one starts in dry-run until you've read what it would have said.
Coming next: Facebook Page comments and DMs (pending Meta App Review)
Instagram now, Facebook when Meta approves it
Echo runs on Instagram Business accounts today — comments and DMs, both directions, through Meta's official Graph API on your own account. Nothing is scraped and no unofficial automation is involved, so your account is not at risk from us.
Facebook Pages are built and waiting. Replying to Page comments and DMs needs three permissions — pages_messaging, pages_manage_engagement and pages_manage_metadata — that Meta only grants after App Review. Until that clears, Facebook rules would silently never fire, so we don't sell it as working. You'll see the same status inside the product, not just here.
On scheduling specifically: Instagram's API has no scheduling of its own — an app can create a post and publish it, and that is all. So Echo holds your reel and makes the publish call at the minute you chose. Meta's own Business Suite can schedule too, and it is free; what Echo adds is that the schedule sits beside the rules that answer the comments the reel produces, and that a file Instagram would refuse is refused while you are still looking at it rather than at the scheduled minute.
The reason Echo sits inside OpsTower rather than being another standalone inbox tool: the person commenting “price?” on a reel is often the same person whose parcel is in transit, whose return is open, or who left you a five-star review last month. Echo can see all of it, because Pulse, Radar, Boomerang and Raves are already in the same workspace.
Frequently asked
Can it schedule reels and stories, or only feed posts?
All four: reels, stories, feed posts and carousels. A reel takes a vertical video from 3 seconds to 15 minutes and lets you pick the cover frame. A story takes an image or a clip up to 60 seconds and carries no caption — Instagram has no caption field on a story, so rather than accept words that would silently vanish, Echo says so.
Meta Business Suite already schedules posts. Why use this?
Business Suite does schedule, and it is free — we are not going to pretend otherwise. Two things are different here. Your schedule sits next to the rules that answer the comments the post generates, so the reel and the three hundred “price?” replies are one workflow. And a file Instagram would reject is rejected at upload, with the reason, instead of failing at the scheduled minute.
What happens if a scheduled post fails?
It depends on why. Something structurally wrong — bad aspect ratio, a caption over the limit, a disconnected account — stops straight away, because retrying it six times just spends your 100-posts-a-day quota to reach the same answer. Anything that looks like weather, a rate limit or a Meta outage, backs off and retries for up to sixteen hours. A disconnected account holds the post rather than killing it, so an expired token overnight doesn't destroy the morning's schedule.
What does Echo cost?
₹1,500 a month, on top of any paid plan — and free for the whole 14-day trial, so you can point it at your real Instagram account before you decide. There is no per-message charge on top: Instagram replies are free, unlike WhatsApp where Meta bills each conversation. After the trial it switches off unless you add it; nothing is charged automatically.
Does it work on Facebook Pages?
Not yet. The code is written, but Meta requires App Review for the three permissions that let an app reply to Page comments and DMs. We'd rather say so than let you build rules that never fire. Instagram works today.
Will this get my Instagram account banned?
No. Echo uses Meta's official Graph API with permissions you grant to your own account — the same interface Meta builds for business tools. It is not a bot logging in as you, and it never scrapes.
What if someone asks something the rules don't cover?
Nothing happens, deliberately. It's logged as “no rule matched” so you can see what people actually ask and write a rule for it, but Echo won't invent an answer or send a generic reply that makes you look automated.
Can it reply to every comment on a viral post?
Yes, and that's the point — but Instagram allows only one private reply per comment, so a customer who comments twice gets one DM. Public replies have no such limit.
Do I need my own Meta app?
You need an Instagram Business account linked to a Facebook Page, and an access token with Instagram permissions. We do that setup as part of onboarding, and the product tells you exactly what a token can and can't reach before you connect it.
