WhatsApp Chatbot
Runs on Pulse
A chatbot that knows when WhatsApp will stop delivering it
Drag the steps onto a canvas and join them up: ask a question, branch on the answer, look up their real order, hand to a human. What is different is that the builder checks the 24-hour rule while you draw — because a WhatsApp bot that breaks it does not error, it just stops being delivered.
What you actually get
✓DRAG AND DROP — a real canvas: pan, zoom, drag a step, drag a dot to connect it. Every branch is a line you can see
✓ELEVEN STEPS, NOT THIRTY — send, ask, buttons, condition, order lookup, wait, API call, tag, hand off, template, end. Enough to build the bot, few enough to read it
✓24-HOUR WINDOW GUARD — the builder walks every path and flags any message that would land after the window shuts. Nobody else does this, and it is the single most expensive way a WhatsApp bot fails
✓TEST WITHOUT SENDING — run the whole bot against a real contact’s real data and read every message it would send. Nothing reaches anyone’s phone
✓TEST THE CLOSED WINDOW — one checkbox simulates a customer who went quiet for a day, so you can see the broken path today instead of finding it tomorrow
✓LOOK UP THEIR ORDER — a step that reads the real order from your connected Shopify store and branches on it. No webhook to wire up
✓WAIT STEPS THAT REALLY WAIT — hold a conversation for an hour or three days and pick it up where it left off. It survives a restart, it stops if they opt out meanwhile, and the guard already told you whether the message after it will still be delivered
✓ANSWERS ARE YOURS — whatever the bot collects is saved on the contact and usable in segments, campaigns and later messages
✓HANDS OFF INTO A REAL QUEUE — not “live chat”, but a ticket in the team inbox, routed to whoever is least busy
✓Off by default. A new bot talks to nobody until you switch it on
What it does not do
Bots run on WhatsApp only — not Instagram or web chat. A Wait step resumes on a scheduled sweep rather than to the second, so treat the delay as “about that long”, not an exact appointment. There is no AI inside the bot flow: it follows the paths you drew, and the separate AI Replies feature handles anything unscripted.
