WhatsApp automation for healthcare & clinics
Fewer no-shows, without your front desk making calls.
Clinics, diagnostics labs, dental and specialist practices
A missed appointment is a slot you cannot resell, and the only way to prevent it is someone phoning every patient the day before.
Flows you can build today
Each one names the trigger behind it. Nothing here is a roadmap item — if it's on this page, you can build it this afternoon.
The morning before, automatically. Set it to seven days, three days or the day itself.
Your team tags the patient the moment a report is signed off, and the patient is told the same second.
Patients messaging “timings” or “address” get an answer instantly, at 11pm as easily as at 11am.
Your hospital system posts to a URL and the message goes out — no integration for us to build.
Your fields, not ours
Most WhatsApp tools give you order-shaped variables and nothing else. You define what your business actually stores, and the template composer offers it alongside the built-ins.
On your own number
Your own Meta WhatsApp Business account. Meta bills you directly at Meta's published rate — we never mark up a message, and the number stays yours if you leave.
See what WhatsApp actually costs →What the first week looks like
- 1Add your date fields — appointment time, follow-up due, report expected.
- 2Import patients as a CSV, or let your front desk add them from the inbox.
- 3Write one reminder template and send it to Meta for approval.
- 4Set the reminder to fire the day before. Watch it in dry-run for a week, then arm it.
Every flow starts in dry-run — it records what it would have sent without sending it, so you read a week of real matches before anything reaches a customer.
Questions we actually get
Is patient data safe on this?+
Your data sits in our database in Mumbai, encrypted at rest, and is never shared with another workspace. You can export everything or delete the workspace yourself from Settings at any time. We are a processor for what you store — the medical record stays yours.
We already have a hospital management system.+
Good — use the webhook trigger. Your HIS posts a phone number when a report is signed off, and the message goes out. There's no integration for us to build and nothing for you to replace.
Can patients reply?+
Yes, and replies land in a shared inbox as a ticket someone owns, with status and assignment. It isn't a one-way broadcast tool.
Will WhatsApp let us message patients?+
Meta requires opt-in and approves each template before it can be sent. Appointment reminders to patients who gave you their number are a standard utility use case — but the approval is Meta's to give, not ours.
