One platform, priced below two tools
Most brands pay four vendors to do what OpsTower does in one workspace. Here is the arithmetic, the competitor prices we checked, and exactly what Meta charges for WhatsApp.
What the same setup costs separately
Publicly listed prices, checked August 2026. Recheck before quoting — competitors change pricing.
| Tool | What it covers | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Emovur Advanced | WhatsApp API only₹0.865/marketing msg — about 10% over Meta's rate | ₹1,999 |
| Loox Convert | Product reviews only$49.99/mo converted at ~₹84 | ₹4,200 |
| A returns app | Returns & exchanges onlyTypical mid-tier plan; Saara EcoReturns pricing is quote-based | ₹2,500 |
| NDR management | Failed-delivery workflowNo competitor above offers this — usually manual work | — |
| Their total | Four logins, four invoices, no shared data | ₹8,699 |

What WhatsApp costs, stated plainly
Plenty of platforms advertise “zero markup” and then charge above Meta's published rate. So rather than make a claim, here is the number. Meta bills you directly; we never touch that money and never mark it up.

Questions people actually ask
What does WhatsApp actually cost me?
Meta bills you directly at its published India rates — currently about ₹0.7846 per marketing conversation and ₹0.115 per utility or authentication conversation. That money goes to Meta, not to us, and we add nothing on top. Your subscription to us is a flat fee for the software.
Why is there no WhatsApp-only plan?
Because a WhatsApp-only tool doesn't fix what actually loses you money. Every paid plan includes Radar, our NDR action queue, since a failed COD delivery costs far more than a marketing message. If you only want bulk WhatsApp sending, there are cheaper tools and we'll say so honestly.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit and no card. You get the Radar NDR queue for up to 300 shipments a month on one store. It's the module none of our competitors offer, and we'd rather you see it working on your own orders than take our word for it. Sending WhatsApp campaigns requires a paid plan.
How do I pay?
We invoice you and you pay by UPI, bank transfer or payment link — we're a small team and we'd rather talk to you than run you through a card form. Automated billing is coming later.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are exclusive of taxes. We're a registered MSME (Udyam) and are not yet GST-registered, so current invoices carry no GST. Once we cross the threshold and register, GST will be added and you'll be able to claim input credit.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing breaks silently. We'll message you before it ends. If you don't upgrade, your workspace stays accessible but campaigns and syncs pause — your data is never deleted while you decide, and you can export it at any time.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Any time, from Settings or by messaging us. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
