Auto-fulfillment tools fail in two ways: they ship things they shouldn't, or teams are too scared to turn them on. Dry-run mode fixes both — it's the same pattern we used when automating our own store's COD orders, and it's why our own rules have shipped thousands of orders untouched.

Rules react to Shopify order webhooks in near real-time, so a matching order can have an AWB minutes after checkout — which also means earlier pickup cutoffs and faster delivery promises.
